Great family hotel!
This is the perfect hotel for couples traveling with a toddler! The breakfast is copious and they will make you anything that isn’t on the buffet; the room had a second bed, perfect for a kid; the backyard area had a play area; and it was located a short walk from the town center.
The staff was all kind and considerate and very friendly with our toddler! Would highly recommend!

Positives and negatives
Firstly the staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was very dated and tatty, it needed refurbishing. We stayed two nights, the air con initially wasn’t working and once the lovely gentleman got it working it was almost non existent. The air con unit was full of dust, I doubt it had been serviced for years and barely worked the first night and on the second night it didn’t work at all, I got no sleep as I was so hot. On the positive side the location is amazing, the breakfast was lovely and the lady who worked in the restaurant was amazing and couldn’t do enough for you.

Nice place to stay and friendly atmosphere. It was great that we were even able to get lunch sandwiches from breakfast when we asked from reception. It helped a lot with children. If really trying to find something to improve would be more self-service and variation with breakfast by having more vegetables and fruits as in pictures.

Struttura ricettiva molto sorprendente: dall'accoglienza dello staff, cortesi e affabili, alle camere, pulite, ordinate e dotate di quei confort necessari ad un tranquillo relax. Terrazzino con vista monti, un valore aggiunto.

Abbiamo alloggiato per una sola notte in questo hotel molto piacevole, in una junior suite adatta alle famiglie molto grande e confortevole. L'hotel è molto comodo per un giro nel piccolo centro: da una parte si vede il Casinò e dalla parte opposta le belle Terme di Saint Vincent. Peccato non aver avuto tempo per godere del bel giardinetto. Da segnalare l'ottima accoglienza e gentilezza del personale e la ricchissima colazione con dolce e salato completa di tutto. Complimenti!

Grazioso hotel in posizione centrale , vicino al Casinò e alle terme . Camere pulite e carine , hotel molto silenzioso ideale per rilassarsi. Personale gentilissimo e presente , colazione fantastica e buon ristorante. Per essere un 3 stelle é molto meglio di molti 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato .

Abbiamo alloggiato nel loro residence. Monolocale per 3 persone. Con un letto alla francese e un lettino singolo divisi solo da un armadio. Vicino al letto neanche una presa elettrica. Non sembrava neanche lo stesso appartamento delle foto. All’arrivo non ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni. Spesso il Wi-Fi era spento. Da foglio appeso in camera apprendiamo che è compresa la pulizia giornaliera. Da foglio appeso in ascensore si doveva pagare 15€ per la pulizia. La prima sera al rientro a mezzanotte abbiamo trovato il sacco dell’immondizia mezzo pieno abbandonato nell’atrio accanto all’ascensore. Mai più!
